Chaitanya Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. was established on 6th June 1986 while it started its business operations on 1st May 1989. Starting with basic Generic Formulations, it soon launched full range of GHANASAR , i.e. The aqueous Herbal Extracts of individual herbs. With its state-of-art manufacturing plant of 5000 Sq Ft. area , we are producing almost 5000 Kg of medicines. In Indian market Chaitanya pioneered itself as a Manufacture of the GHANASAR and soon expanded its business in Maharashtra Sate. With its base in Nasik City, the products soon got popular in other states like Gujrat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh etc. This quality was has been constantly appreciated by the patients, medical practitioners and various Institutes.

Production Unit Currently, our Production Unit has Sections like Tablet Section Syrup Sections Coating Section Packing Section Bhatti Section Powder Section Also, we have Raw Material Stores with approx 5000 Kgs of Crude herb, to ensure smooth availability throughout the year. Plants are supervised by qualified B.A.M.S. doctors, Production chemist and Production Manager.

Quality Norms

Production Unit has its own Quality Control laboratory, which is equipped with Furnaces, pH meter, Calorimeter, UV spectrometer, TLC machine etc. It has a team of qualified persons for the continuous product development. There are many tests carried out for Raw Materials, Finished goods and on In-Process Tests. It is certified by FDA(Maharashtra State) rules. Manufacturing is done according to cGMP norms and Schedule T.
